Is this safe? What can you do with my profile link?

A Steam profile URL is public information — anyone who sees you in a lobby already has it. It cannot be used to sign in, send a trade, or read anything private.

We never ask for your password or a Steam login, and there is nothing to download. If any site asks you for those in exchange for commends, close it.

What does a commend actually do?

It adds to the Friendly, Teacher and Leader counters shown on your CS2 profile — a public rating every other player can see. It does not change your rank and it does not touch your inventory.

Do commends help my Trust Factor?

Valve has never published exactly what feeds Trust Factor, so nobody can promise you a number. What is clear is the direction: commends are the opposite of the reports and abandons that drag Trust Factor down, and they are widely treated as one of the positive signals on an account.

A profile with healthy commend counts and no report history is the profile Trust Factor is designed to reward. We can put the commends there; what Valve does with them is Valve’s call.

Do I have to join the Discord?

No. The first 10 commends need nothing at all — no Discord, no login, just your profile link.

Joining is optional and unlocks another 10 on top, for 20 in total. You do have to actually be in the server — we check, and simply signing in with Discord without joining will not work. We only read your Discord user ID to confirm you are a member and have not already claimed a bonus. We cannot read your messages, and nothing is posted on your behalf.

Do I need to be in a game?

Yes, and this is the one thing that actually matters. Commends can only be sent to a player who is connected to a CS2 server. If you claim from the main menu, none of them will land.

Nothing is wasted if that happens — whatever did not get delivered stays on your account. Join a match and claim again with the same profile to collect the rest.

How long does it take?

They start landing within a few minutes and arrive gradually rather than all at once. You get a live progress page while it runs, and you can close it — delivery continues either way.

Can I claim more than once?

The free allowance is per Steam account: 10 to start, plus 10 more if you join our Discord. If a run ends early you can claim the remainder, but once the full allowance is delivered that account is done.

How do I pay, and do I need an account?

There is no account and no sign-up. Pick a bundle, pay with crypto, card or skins, and that is it.

After paying you get an order code by email. That code is your login — it opens your order from any device, so keep the email.

Who do the commends go to?

Whoever you point them at. You choose the Steam profile after paying, not before, and a bundle can be split across as many profiles as you like — they do not all have to go to you.

The person receiving them has to be connected to our CS2 server while they send, exactly like the free tier.

What if they do not all send?

Anything that does not land goes straight back to your balance and you can send it again whenever you like — nothing is lost.

The usual cause is the profile leaving our CS2 server partway through. Rejoin and send the rest.

I lost my order code.

Open a ticket in our Discord and tell us roughly when you ordered and what you paid with. We can look it up and read it back to you.

If you still have the browser you ordered from, you may not need it at all — that browser stays signed in to the order for 90 days.

I sent the wrong amount, or on the wrong chain.

Crypto payments are matched by the exact amount shown on your order, so a different figure — or the right coin on the wrong network — will not be picked up automatically.

It is not lost. Open a ticket in our Discord with the transaction hash and your order reference, and we will sort it out by hand.

Can I get banned for this?

Commends are a normal part of CS2 and carry no penalty. That said, we are an independent service and not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
