Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of freecs2commends.com (“the service”). By using it you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service does

We deliver Counter-Strike 2 commends — Friendly, Teacher and Leader — to a Steam profile you nominate. Commends are public profile ratings. We deliver the commends themselves and make no guarantee about any effect on rank, Trust Factor, matchmaking, or items you own — those are Valve’s systems, not ours.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and the Steam account you nominate must be one you own or are authorised to act for. Do not submit other people's profiles.

The free tier

The free allowance is per Steam account: a base amount that requires nothing but a profile link, plus an optional bonus unlocked by joining our Discord server. One Discord account can unlock one bonus. We use your Steam ID, IP address, a browser identifier, and — only if you link it — your Discord ID to enforce those limits.

The allowance is counted against commends that are actually delivered, not attempts. If a run ends early because you were not connected to a CS2 server, the remainder stays claimable.

Attempting to evade the limit — multiple Discord accounts, proxies, automated claims — may result in refusal of service. We may change or withdraw the free tier at any time.

Payments and refunds

Paid bundles are priced in euros, and the price shown when you confirm an order is the price that applies. We accept cryptocurrency, card and Steam skins. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor and skin deposits by a third-party skin service — we never see or store your card details.

All sales are final. Commends are a digital service that begins delivery immediately and cannot be taken back once sent, so we do not offer refunds. By paying you ask us to start delivery right away and accept that any right of withdrawal ends once it has begun.

What an order gives you instead is a balance that does not expire. Commends only register while the receiving profile is connected to our CS2 server, so runs routinely fall short of the full amount — anything not delivered goes straight back to your order and can be sent again, to any profile, whenever you like. An order is only spent by commends that actually landed, never by attempts.

Cryptocurrency payments are identified by the exact amount shown on your order. A different figure, or the right coin on the wrong network, will not be matched automatically. It is not lost — open a ticket with the transaction hash and we will settle it by hand. Confirmation times and network fees are set by the blockchain, not by us.

We may refuse, delay or cancel an order before it is delivered, including where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we do, the payment is returned.

Reversing a payment for an order we have already delivered — a card chargeback or dispute — closes that order: the access code stops working and any remaining balance is void. If something has gone wrong, open a ticket first. It is quicker than a dispute and we can usually put it right.

Delivery

Commends are delivered by automated accounts and arrive gradually. You must be connected to a CS2 server for them to register. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by Steam or Valve service conditions outside our control.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell or automate access without written permission.
• Do not use the service to harass or impersonate anyone.

We are an independent service. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For the free tier, which you pay nothing for, our total liability is limited to providing the commends again or nothing at all. For a paid order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
