Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver commends and to stop one person taking the whole free tier. We do not sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
- Your SteamID64 — resolved from the profile link you paste. Needed to send the commends, and to enforce one free grant per Steam account.
- Your Discord user ID — obtained when you verify. Used only to confirm you are in our server and to enforce one free grant per person. We do not receive your email, your messages, or your friends list.
- Your IP address — used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- A browser identifier — a random value in a cookie, used for the same purpose. It is not shared and is not an advertising identifier.
- Your email address — if you buy. Used to send your receipt and your order code, and nothing else. We do not send marketing.
- Your order records — if you buy. What you bought, what you paid, the payment method, the order status, and the commends sent against it.
What we do not collect
No Steam password and no Steam session. We never see your card number or your wallet keys — paid checkouts happen on the payment provider's own page and we only receive the result. There are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
All strictly necessary, none for marketing — which is why there is no cookie banner. A session cookie that remembers you passed Discord verification; the browser identifier described above; a cookie holding the orders this browser may open; and a small flag recording only that the previous cookie exists, so the header knows whether to say “log in”.
Who we share with
Your SteamID64 and the requested commend counts are passed to the fulfilment provider that operates the delivery accounts, because that is the only way the commends can be sent. If you buy, your email address goes to our email provider so the receipt can be delivered, and the payment provider you choose receives whatever it needs to take the payment. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
Free-claim records are kept for as long as the one-per-person limit needs to be enforceable. Order records are kept while we may still owe you commends, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and to handle disputes. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deleting a free-claim record forfeits any remaining free grant tied to it. Email [email protected] and include the Steam profile in question.
